Living in the Now

If there is one thing that prevents us from living in the now it is because we have suffered trauma, particularly if it is early on in life.  You will find you worry about things, live in the future or in the past, and do not trust yourself.

Healing, growing and trusting your instincts are  cornerstones to standing in your own power and knowing yourself….  as you heal you become in line with your Spiritual self and clarity and security become a natural part of your being, as you move through the challenges of life with consistency and ease safe in the knowledge of who you truly are….
